1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use VadentAI to create, upload, request, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or violates applicable law
• Harasses, threatens, exploits, or abuses individuals or groups
• Uses deceptive identity manipulation or unauthorised impersonation
• Violates copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
• Contains malware, malicious code, or attempts to disrupt systems
• Promotes harmful misinformation, scams, or deceptive media use

2. AI-Specific Restrictions

Because VadentAI enables media generation, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Non-consensual deepfake content
• Impersonation of public figures or private individuals for deception
• Use of generated content for fraud, extortion, or defamation
• Uploading content you do not have the right to use

3. Enforcement

If we believe you have violated this policy, we may:

• Remove or block content
• Suspend or terminate your account
• Restrict access to features
• Take legal action where appropriate
