Billing & Refund Policy

This Billing & Refund Policy explains how subscriptions, credits, top-ups, and refunds work on VadentAI.
1. Plans and Credits
VadentAI may offer free plans, subscriptions, one-time credit packs, and premium paid features. Different actions may consume different amounts of credits or paid generation allowances.
2. Renewals
Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your billing settings.
3. Top-Ups and One-Time Purchases
Credit packs or paid feature unlocks are billed immediately at purchase.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not available once purchased value has been used, including:
- Used credits
- Completed generation requests
- Consumed premium feature purchases
If there is a technical failure clearly caused by our systems, we may choose to restore credits or offer an equivalent remedy.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed, we may suspend paid features until billing is resolved.
6. Pricing Changes
We may update pricing, plan structures, or included features at any time. Changes will apply prospectively.
7. Taxes
Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location and applicable law.
